A Plan Ambush Strategy To Defend and Protect The Entrepreneurial Drive:
An Ambush Strategy is necessary, to Turn Back the Table on those who violate the rights of others, and defend a Country from Itself. This Will Put This Great Country Called America Back On Top Starting With Detroit Michigan.

“No Proof Of Origin Inventor Left Behind Amendment”
The User Friendly Automatic Ambush Reward Law Of 40% Generated Sales Revenue Share: This is Punishment for the act of Plagiarism, and Compensation Awarded To The Inventor With Proof Of Origin- $400,000 Granted Award Revenue Share of $1,000,000 or $800,000 of $2,000,000 etc. And an Attorney is only necessary for a legal transfer of funds which will bridge the gap that separates’ the haves from the have not’s. It will prevent Aspiring Entrepreneurs from falling through the cracks, and loop holes in the Patent Pending Laws. It will send a Zero Tolerance message to prevent those that would take advantage and commit these kinds of senseless acts that violate the rights of others. This will be the First time ever for a Law to pass that address the “Automatic Reward with Proof of Origin” in favor of Aspiring Entrepreneurs.
This is about Aspiring Entrepreneurs who are United States Citizens that are being Discrimination against; their 1st, 5th, and 14th, Constitutional Rights. This has been, is, and will continue to be violated as it relates to Plagiarism. This is about taking “Blind Justice”, removing the ‘Blind Vail’ covering off the eyes of Justice, so that TRUTH in Justice can see the Pain, and Suffering these types of violations is causing Aspiring Entrepreneurs as well as forsaking their future earnings to chance. This is unacceptable and Unconstitutional, and to be dismissed without Due Process will continue until change for the better of all is established. Plagiarism, Businesses say that this issue is not their problem, but an issue for Law makers. For twenty-five years of trying to get the Presidents, and Law Makers to hear our pleas, to assess, to address and do something; and as of to date nothing has changed in the law.
Congressional Legislature is Liable for knowing of this wrong, and they have failed with Gross Negligence to do anything to remedy this wrong; and in managing insubordinate businesses that "Cause" and "Violate" the Rights of others.

The right to speak and be heard is limited to null. The right to be compensated by businesses that Plagiarize, and violate the right to freedom, the liberty to pursue and have the same privileges to a better life are blocked. Justice is in violation in itself and guilty of separatism. Laws are to protect and serve the people; and people are to obey them, but unless something is dramatically implemented to change and remove the Blind Vail off the eyes of Justice to remedy this vexing problem, the present law is ineffective and only prove to separate the haves from the have not’s.
We demand a change in how big to small businesses do business with Aspiring Entrepreneurs. Aspiring Entrepreneurs share their ideas with Industry in Good Faith. How these businesses take advantage is wait out the Statue of Limitation. This tactic bars the inventor from taking legal action against them. The Intellectual idea is Plagiarized and brought to market, while they make $Millions or even $Billions and they walk away from the very origin that helped to add increase to their financial gain; giving nothing to the contributor who may be struggling to put food on their family’s table.
Most Aspiring Entrepreneurs whose work is in the Patent Pending stage, or Patent don’t have the withal to bring their claims of Plagiarism to court, and to be automatically dismissed due to inability to afford legal representation, or Attorneys who take bribes or company pay off’s is wrong. This New Law “No Proof Of Origin Inventor Left Behind Amendment” :
Would be restoring Justice as it was intended and established as a gift to protect and serve the people (the haves and the have not’s). The rights of talented, disadvantaged Aspiring Entrepreneurs has been violated far too long; and if change for the better of all creative aspiring Entrepreneurs who desire to make a difference is to come, then a New Law must come to pass. There are Programs established: "No Worker, and No Child Left Behind"...

is PREDATORILY using Bank Policy to take advantage of their customers
to charge outrageous fees for over the limit transactions…when in fact that just as easy as $100.00 is denied so should transactions that are over the limit of .01-$2.00 etc...in other words if a customer only has $30.00 in their account and they charged something for $100.00 on their credit card and the transaction is denied for lack of funds, so why allow a transaction for a purchase that resulted in an overdraft of .01 to $2.00 and charge a fee that resulted in an amount of almost $100.00...when in fact this purchase should have also been denied due to lack of funds...
Banks are using ways that LACK INTEGRITY to get money out of their customers using overdraft policy penalty in which to ex-sponge monies from their customers… such as not allowing PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS of $100.00, but allowing transactions of .01-$2.00over limit causing the customer to have to pay for overdrafts; and if they refuse to pay this overdraft fee this Bank will Black List the customer so that other Banks will not service their needs...What is your comment / or view ? I hope that you will WRITE your CONGRESS and tell them so they can do something about this kind of PREDATORY SERVICING…These are two important ISSUES that your Congress should know about so that something can be done to put an end to this...So WRITE YOUR CONGRESS and get the word out and tell the people too !!!…

I was at work when I heard the news about Micheal Jackson's passing...TRULY I WILL MISS HIM...HE WAS TWO ENDS OF WHAT I CALL EXTREAM !!!...STRANGE...AND YES... WOOOW...I LOVED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS THE GREATEST IN THE WORLD PREFORMING LEGEND OF ALL TIME... KING OF POP...A GENIUS...BRILIANT...A GLOBL ARTIST...But you know what...It came as no surprise to me...He wasn't eating right, on medication, THE STRESS OF TRYING TO MAKE A COME BACK...STRESSING over HIS HEALTH and many of HIS life's issues in general that caused him worry and frustration, he was alone and he wasn't a happy man...So let's understand one thing...It's the combine effects of all that was GOING ON WITH HIS LIFE & HEALTH...AND THAT MISSING LINK in his life...And that was a lack of REAL...I LOVE YOU " MICHEAL " NO MATTER WHAT...KIND OF LOVE... I use to be very POPULAR…But I found out that they were assigned to me and I to them…We were not living a HOLY and RIGHTEOUS life style…we were in to every thing that was wild and crazy…we were young, rebellious and ACTING real DUMB…I say acting because THE GOD that I serve ONLY CREATES THE BEST…And we took that GREATENESS and MADE OUR LIVES a LIVING MESS….With drugs, sex, alcohol, and you can imagine what all else…But…What we were not…was homosexual…Because it was explained to us back during that time that you don’t want GOD to get angry at you….And we were told that there is no less in wrong doings…And wrong is wrong…

And that we make our lives a living MESS due to BAD CHOICES… We were not CREATED to get sick suffer and DIE…I was GOD’S INTENT for us to live long healthy lives….So to really say that you LOVE some one you don’t want to FORCE back into reverse…GOD calls this the act of a…..SODOMITE…And causes the body to INTERNALLY BECOME MORE PARASITIC and Attack it self…Where by causing TERMINAL ILLNESSES…My cousin disobeyed and died of AIDS…And after that I BECAME a BELEIVER…And Because it was explained to us in LOVE… I do Believe that it PORTECTED US from going that rout…I AM SO GLAD for the WISDOM that helped us to make better choices…So be careful in what you knew, that you thought, that you think you “ WANT “ OK…In Love I will tell you this safe guard your MIND, HEART and SOUL…Because…1. Will tell you that you can’t succeed…will criticize and put down all of your efforts to accomplish goals…very distracting…very negative…always complain…rude…disrespectful…verbally and physically abusive…then says I’m sorry… IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT GOD ASSIGNS PEOPLE TO US…AND…YES…the devil assigns people to us also…know that the devil can’t rebuke the devil…in other words you can’t call a person out to fight and you say, “let me beat you up but I don’t want you to hit me back…OK!”…Yeah right!!! AND TO DISCERN THE TWO ASSIGNMENTS: ONE LOVES TO TALK ABOUT GOD AND THE OTHER…DOES NOT!
